[Ravensfort] Re:songbook

As it so happens, I am looking at a copy of it right now.  I will see how
long it takes me to scan in all of the pages and get it into better readable
condition (dot-matrix with brown ink is not the best, but is still legible).  In
the same binder, I have a copy of "Stephen's Bard Book" and some
additional songs copied out of books at Sam's library (these are the only
ones with sheet music).  There are also some handwritten songs that
were heard when we went to Pennsic XXI.  Boy, this brings back memories.
