[Ravensfort] Steppes Needs

Why yes six or seven will be fine. I just finished cutting all the veggies
and cooking all the meat. BURP.

    Nick and I will be cooking with two woks and one back up wok for those
with special dietary dislikes.
    We will start seting up at five thirty. All the items are pre cut and
pre cooked so no hassle or mess!
    The meat is teriyaki and the chicken is ginger sesame. Both are mild and
we will have plenty of veggies. I have about one gallon of each meat. with
all the veggies we will have and five pounds of rice we should be able to
feed about 40 people as long as no one eats all the meat first.
here are the ingredients:
fresh green beans
shitake mushrooms
bok choy
leeks and onions
broccoli
cauliflower
shredded carrots
bean sprouts
yellow, red and green bell peppers
chicken and beef
lots of soy sauce
and of course RICE.

    Any suggestions or special ingredients please bring them to the stirfry!

          We could use some Water Chestnuts and bamboo shoots.
