[Ravensfort] Saffron Request

Saffron can be purchased at most reputable grocery stores in the spice
aisle.   I have purchased it at HEB, Kroger, Randall's....  You don't say
exactly what she is using it for or if she can use a substitute, but for
cooking purposes I sometimes substitute turmeric (different taste, but it
does turn things yellow, too) in a pinch .  They are also both used in
natural dyeing to make yellows.
