[Ravensfort] Dates for Business Meetings and Dance Class

Greetings,

After several months of looking and negotiating, the Baronial Business
meeting for the Barony of Raven's Fort will be moved to locations in the
south end of the Barony of Raven's Fort, beginning with the Nov 18th, 2002
meeting at 7pm.

The meetings will be held at the Montgomery County Pct 3, South Community
Center, located on Lake Robbins Drive in The Woodlands until the meeting in
June 2003, when the meetings will move to the Rayford Road Community Center.

The Rayford Road facility is the one where The Raven's Fort Dance Practice
is currently held.

PLEASE NOTE THIS........ Some of the dates of the business meeting are on
Monday and some on Tuesday. So, Please, note the precise date. All meetings
begin at 7pm.

The dates below will be held at the South Community Center in the
Woodlands. It is located next to the Pavilion Center and the Montgomery
County Library located on Lake Robbins Drive, in The Woodlands. We will

It is hoped that by having meetings on both ends of the Barony, more folks

Populace will continue to be held in Huntsville at the Huntsville Fire
Station # 2 on Sam Houston Ave at 7pm on the 1st Thursday of each month.

All meetings will be held at the Rayford Road Facility. Please take note of
the dates as some are not on the same nights each month. The facility is
located about 3 miles from I-45 on Rayford Road on the north side of the road.
