[Ravensfort] Raven's Fort Populace Meeting Thursday Night, Sept 5th

Greetings,

A reminder that the Barony of Raven's Fort Populace meeting will be held
this Thursday night, Sept 5th at 7pm in the Huntsville Fire Department
Station #2 located on Sam Houston Ave next to Taco Bell and the US Army
Reserve Building.

The program for this meeting will a Gate Keepers Procedure Class to be
taught by Isobail inghean Gilla Chriosd, Raven's Fort Exchequer. She will
go over the Kingdom procedures and our local procedures for sitting at gate.

Everyone that plans to work gate at the upcoming Defender or any future
Raven's Fort event is encouraged to come take this class so they will be
familiar with the proper procedures.

Also, at the meeting there will be discussion of the upcoming event
Defender XX and what still needs to be done and the status of things.

This weekend is a Baronial work day at the site in preparation for the
event. The site will be opened Saturday AM and be open all weekend for work
crews to prepare the site for the event.

"Things that need to be done" will be discussed at the Populace meeting.

Please, everyone!!!! Try to make this meeting if at all possible.

We need to make this final push together, as a cohesive Barony and group as
we go into the final days before Defender XX.

P.S.    Anyone needing "Get in Free" Tickets, please let me know ASAP, so I
can print plenty of them. These tickets will admit one newcomer (first SCA
event). This does not include feast fee and the newcomer must have a ticket
to have the site fee waved.
