[Ravensfort] Info on Elaine/Isabeau/Lochlan

Elaine has asked me to post that their ordeal is over
and they now have phone service at their new house
and are using Lochlan's old number.

(this has been a 2 week ordeal involving 2 different providers...isn't
deregulation wonderful!)
