[Ravensfort] a weird and seemingly dumb question

Allo,

Due to our having been gone from Ansteorra for many many years, and with
changes in things since then, I need to ask if anyone knows what the
equestrian rules, if any, would be regarding two-horse chariots at events
for display, charioteering demos and such. Most specifically, which of the
local Ravensfort events or nearby events allow equestrian in that fashion?
