After reading everything and getting a little tired of this on going
"discussion" (over 2 years).

 I wonder if a review of the accusing parties should be requested? (the one
that "claims to be in fear of his life, but just can't stay away from whom
he's threatened by..hmmmmm....is this infatuation)
