[Ravensfort] Defender Planning meeting

Greetings,

It is only one month till Defender. We need to have a planning meeting with 
all that have duties or that will be involved at the event.

How about Tuesday night, Aug 19th?

There is most likely no way we can have a date that all can attend.

Also to do it at business meeting is not a good idea. This needs to be 
Defender only meeting. We can have it at our house.

If we can not it this week, then let's find a night next week we all can be 
there.
