[Ravensfort] What's going on

Greetings, 

We now have 40 yards of material to made pavilion covers with. Zanthe and I will be taking it to a laundry mate to prepare it for sewing.

This Thursday is Populace at the #2 Firestation on Sam Houston and 22rd street in Huntsville. We will have a pot-luck dinner and we can stay as long as we want to. Come and bring a friend this will be a good meeting. We will be talking about topics related to Defender. 

We only have 6 weeks and 4 days till the event. Think about what you are going to do to make Defender of the Fort XXI a Great event.

This Saturday and Sunday we will be cutting and sewing several pavilion tops. If you can measure, cut or sew please come and help us get this going. More and more you see event announcement that say period pavilions only. We have even put this in a couple of our ads. We need to have covers for the pavilions that we use on the field so they will present that sense of being period.


Next week is Dance in the Woodlands on Tuesday and Site work days this next weekend.

This is going to be a busy month so read your e-mail and call your friends that do not have e-mail so we will all know what is going on.

Lets get together and do it.
