[Ravensfort] 1st Event Cards/Reeve Response

Hi Guys!!

HE Niklas beat me to it with his response, but he is
VERY correct on both points.

We do not have to charge the NMS for these people,
because they are not being charged a site fee at
all.  Also the waiver CAN NOT be printed on the
cards--no matter what they WILL have to sign the
roster waiver already approved.  To do anything else
(with the waivers) would set us up for problems and
I for one am not willing to set up that situation.

Both the privately and publicly posted resposes I
have recieved have stated that these cards should
only be given out BEFORE the event.  This has been
the policy since Defender--however it was not
followed--Thus creating a MAJOR problem for me later
when I was balancing the books. For example I know
of more than one person who was allowed in WITHOUT a
card--to me this is an example of abuse that CAN NOT
happen again.

Yes these cards are something that makes Ravensfort
unique, but are they something that is helping us
grow and expand, or are they something that are
causing more problems than they are worth.
