We have 3 weeks and 5 days before the event.

We need someone to be in charge of decorating for this event. Someone that can organize different aspects of color on the fields, at court, and around the pavilions. There is a Baronial tub of fabric, banners, flowers, etc for this purpose.

Friday before the event will be moving day. This is something different and the Barony needs your help. If you happen to be off Friday or if you can help 1/2 a day your efforts will be appreciated. Keif has volunteered a trailer but if you have a pickup that can be used please speak up and let Brian know that you can help. Everything that we use for the event will have to be moved to the site Friday.

The Day at the Pas d'Armes is shaping up to be a great event. Many different groups are working on their presentations and talking about coming to the event
