[Ravensfort] Bad News for TDCJ-ID ???

Greetings to the Populace of Raven's Fort,

Although this is not really SCA business, it will affect several SCA
members ! ! !

Please be advised that my worst possible nightmare has arrived ! ! !
TDCJ-ID has announced that all UNITS in the Huntsville Area will be
going to 12 HOUR shifts by April 15th. There will be 3 exceptions, Wynn,
Eastham, and (part of) Estelle. Furthermore, all transfers to those
units will be frozen only allowing emergency transfers as needed.

This really bites ! ! !

Although some would say that, 4 ( 12 hour shifts ) with 4 days off is
not that bad of a deal, they would be correct. It only becomes a
nightmare when they start mandating you to work 2 of your off days ! ! !

------- scream ------- running around in circles with hands waving
frantically ------- scream --------- ! ! !

6 (12 hour days) with only 2 days off ! ! ! ------- this really bites
--------- I would pull my hair out, if I had any ! ! ! Anyway I just
thought that all you TDCJ-ID employees that live in the barony would
like to know.
