[Ravensfort] SCA gate - a puzzle for those who like such things

Um there may be of some kind but my fiance works for animal control in 
Beaumont and  he knows of none according to texas so if you know one can you 
give me the name of  it so he can inform his boss. Because according to 
their vets here (small town may never know) there is none. Would be helpful 
to know
