No card w/him. $3 NMF + site + sign waiver

>His lady who is a current member with a card.

Site fee

>Their two children ages 8 and 13, one is a member and one is not.

1 child fee + 1 adult fee + 1 NMF + sign minor waiver for 1 

>Their 16 year old nephew who isn't a member.

notarized minor waiver + adult site + NMF. No waiver,  the nephew can't stay

>A dog, ferret, and a parrot in a large cage.

written proof of rabies shot for dog. no written proof,  the dog can't stay.

>The parents want feast, the kids don't.
