It is! Defender of the Fort is held the third weekend of every September; which usually puts it around the 19th of that month. And, Breandan I have yet to meet a human male who doesn't do a certain amount of swishy pokey in his private life.

P.S. Is there anything that any of us can help you guys out with? My father was in the military so I know what an enormous pain moving from one state to another is. You guys are up in.. where exactly? Make sure that you've got light weight garb. Defender can be extremely hot.

Ditto, if'n it's after we get down there (16 days, 14 hours, 21 minutes, and 16 seconds ), then I'd like to volunteer to do site prep and constable duty, plus whatever else I can do

I need to get out in some 90 degree plus heat swinging a machete or axe clearing brush, been too bloody long
