[Ravensfort] Montgomery Middle School Demo--Friday May 23, 2003

Thank you, your Excellency for helping with this demo--Tomorrow I should be
posting directions (to the list) and sending maps (as
attachments--privately) to those who have already said they will be able to
attend.  If anyone else would like a copy of the map please email me at
school and I will send it to you ( tbusa at misd.org ) -- that is the mail I
CAN read during the day.

If you are unable to attend, but would still like to help--bring your
banners to Business meeting on Tuesday (yes that is tomorrow) so that we can
use them to decorate the gym.  All loaned banners will travel with me to
Steppes and returned to owners then (or as soon as I can when I return).  If
needed I can make a trip to Huntsville  (or travel to the southern end of
the barony)on Wednesday evening (or meet someone half way) to pick up
banners.

Thanks again for the continued support with this demo-- this may very well
be the last year of this demo.  Next year I am assigned to a different
campus and they are not sure at this point if they will even have a
Ren-Faire next year.
