Mine was issued with the wrong name ... there is no "Katrino Argo" in the society.
My name is wrong in the OP as well (Katerina Alyse Argo).  It took me about 6 months to get the correction in the OP from the "Katrino" psuedonym ... don't know if I want to try to get it fixed again.  Never thought about asking for a new AoA scroll, I guess because it took me 14 years to get the one I have!
