No, Love!  Go for your dream.  That's what this is all about.  No one  will say anything but good things.  It's in the trying that you show your courage. If you decide you can't handle it, no biggie.  I'm sure there have been others that have tried it and decided it wasn't for them.  C'mon folks, let her know.  
There are some of us (me, especially) that have no interest in getting hit and bruised, but then, I'm a chicken and I bruise too easily! If you want to try it, try it.  Life should be full of trying new things and not sitting on the sidelines (just in case the theory of "only one life on earth" is true).  How else does anyone grow as a person and learn new things (in case the "spiral of life" theory is correct).  
I applaud your desire to try...go for it!
