Hi All! I was just watching my Rocky and Bullwinkle boxed set and heard this in one of the cartoon's " Mr Know-it-all scripts " How do you start a fire?" By rubbing  two boyscouts together." Talk about a double take! Thats pretty risque stuff for 1950s tv.
