[Ravensfort] Important: Moderator's Cleaning

I have a little time on my hands recently so I'm going to be doing some 
house cleaning.

I've noticed several inactive addresses on the list and it clutters up 
things and prevents us from getting a real idea of how many members we 
really have. There are also some addresses I still need to add to the list 
so I've decided to clean it out.

How this works is I want you to send me a message with your address(es) 
you'd like to keep on the list. I'd appreciate a name to go with it as well 
(SCA or mundane whichever you're known by, or both). I'd like this done 
privately with "Ravens Fort List" in the subject line or I will not get it. 
In about two weeks I'm going to purge the list and put everyone who's sent 
me their address back on.

This will cause a bit of a blackout period on the list when I purge the 
members. I'll do it on Sunday the 22nd of August. I'll try to do it at 
ungodly in the morning (2-8am) and put up a post before I do so giving you 
about 15 minutes to an hour warning. If you miss the deadline to get me your 
address you can always just re-subscribe. If you're afraid of missing mail 
you can check the archives for anything you missed.

I'm also going to try and work up a polished set of rules that will be on 
the list info page as well as making that look better and trying to play a 
more active role in the list. If you have any suggestions for the list feel 
free to mail me privately.
