[Ravensfort] Collection point for Hurricane Katrina...

I'd like to set up a collection point at Defender for
supplies for the hurricane refugees.  I know defender
is a few weeks away, but they'll still be needing
stuff and I figure we can still collect stuff for
them.  

Let me know if the autocrat and all think this is a
good idea.  I have my own pavillion and will put it up
with a table and stuff for the collection.
