[Ravensfort] Time to start this ball rolling!

Unto the Vicar and Vicaress, Our esteemed Seneschal and the populace of Raven's Fort. I hope that every one had a pleasant holiday weekend, and that you are all safe and sound back in your homes with out any misfortunes.

 

I have noticed a lack of activity on the list, it may just be the holidays so I will start it here.

We have an investiture to plan, a coronation to attend as a Barony and a spring event

that has yet to have an Event Stewart or Feast Stewart.

 

At populace we decided that we would be holding a planning and sewing day on the seventh of January at my house. It will be on going all day eight am till the last person leaves as for the sewing. The planning meeting will start at two pm.

 

We will be finishing up garb for the coronation event and looking at the hospitlars chest

for garb that needs repair and cleaning. The planning meeting will be for the following points;

the table arraignments, food and drinks, who will bring what and who will be able to take what we need to the event. 

We will also be discussing details about the investiture and what we would like to do.

Just for the record it will be very short and sweet. We will be doing a more formal investiture at our first

Court at the Spring event in May.

 

The following officers will need to be in more frequent contact with us as coronation grown near:

The Seneschal, The Herald, The Baronial Guard Captain and the Guards, The order of the Raven, The order of the Raven's Harts,

The order of the Talon and most of all the order of the Raven's Craftsmen.

 

This message is just to get the ball rolling ..................................So let her rip!
