Hi Mirabelis,

    I'm sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday.  Ivan and I got 
home from Stargate Yule, and both started getting sick so I haven't 
been on my computer as much as usual.  Anyway, the website for 
Coronation is:

with all the details of the event, and a list of local lodgings.  Our 
reservations are for the Best Western, but I'm not sure what may 
still be available. Also, unfotunately, I don't think there are any 
discounts for room reservations like there have been for various 
events in the past.  I'm sure there will be a list starting of who 
all is planning on attending.  And hopefully someone will volunteer 
to stake out tables and seating for everyone early that morning.  :)
