[Ravensfort] Balda's Academy Graduation Update----Important

Hello--
 
There has been a change in plans regarding Balda/Mike's graduation from the
TDCJ academy on Monday, January 10th.  He is still graduating, but he will
NOT be attending the ceremony (personal issues with the site).
