[Ravensfort] Still to be Done--EVERYONE NEEDS TO SHOW UP EARLY FRIDAY TO WORK FOR THE BARONY

There is much to be done on Friday BEFORE everyone shows up for the
event....
 
Please come out early and help this Barony put together their best face
forward.
 
THIS IS WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BY ALL IN THIS GROUP.
 
If you want to see this be a successful event--be there early to get the
work done..... Then we can have time to have fun.
 
 
 
To be done Friday:
Set up ALL tents--the BGT didn't go up on Saturday due to rain.
Set up Reviewing stand
re tamp several list field poles
list field ropes up
equestrian field ropes up
set up tables
Anything else that we find....
