[Ravensfort] scribal guild today CANCELLED

After consultation with HE Chrystal, it looks like most everybody is either up at Steppes or working 
today.  As sitting in the firehouse all by myself isn't my idea of a good time, the scribal guild meeting 
for today is cancelled.
