[Ravensfort] gate shift and Quiches

Konichiwa!
  Do you have a gate shift for Defender?
  Did you let me know what your preference for a Quiche was?
  I need to know so that I can go shopping and do some cooking Thursday eve!
  Your choices are:
  Traditional Quiche Lorraine with Swiss cheese and Bacon ( all fat trimmed off of course!)
  White asparagus and Swiss cheese
  Onion ( really makes an onion pie!)
  Blue cheese with Bacon.
  If I don't hear from you I'll have to assume that you want a traditional.....
