And just because you may not like what someone has to say about a subject does not mean that you should yell at them on the list for voicing an opinion or idea, right?

Baronial meetings, and it probably should entail a bit more than "Yep, it happened" and be somewhat more in depth (read outline of actual discussion) than a general list of topics spoken about. I do not think it is the best idea to ask for information in a snippy way (even if it may have been meant to be humorous- remember, e-mail is a "flat" communication...) as it is not conducive to positive response.

I do not subscribe to the newsletter because, when I did subscribe, it generally did not get mailed out timely and as a result, came very late, if it came at all. I did not think it a good value for my monies, so I stopped subscribing.

>It is my understanding that the Baronial list is for Baronial happenings. I think that a populace meeting and it's contents meet that. Also, it might be nice if our officers did some what more than put out the periodic, automatically generated meeting reminders and actually communicated with the Barony as a whole on this medium. Otherwise, what is the point in having this list? At this point my main question is why is it that we cannot get timely information regarding what takes place at Baronial meetings posted to this list? It would seem to me that the Seneschale, their representative, or whomever is taking notes of the meeting in question could do that. I am certainly not advocating that posting such information on line take the place of what is printed in the newsletter.
