[Ravensfort] Un-Event ad

Yes, it is usually bone dry by Defender and since we no longer hold Spring 
events it has built up for quite some time.  It's been so long since the 
fire has been torched that there are still scraps from when The Tavern and 
Rose Garden were destroyed.  The fire will burn fast and HOT.  By the end of 
March it may be dry in the area again and even more of a hazard than it is 
now.
