I have read that some people actually enjoy punishment for being naughty and 
that the most effective and painful punishment is to not to punish them but 
since that the lack of punishment if painful they would also enjoy that and 
it wouldn't be effective either.

If the above makes perfect sense then you are an excellent candidate for 
autocrat for Gulf Wars.

I won't be at Defender since my residence is now on the Meridies/Glynn 
Abhann border but may see folks in the future at Gulf War.  It is a little 
over an hour from here.
