Devin,
what it means is that .. Please use an address already subscribed to the
list to post if it is a timely issue. .. Otherwise all post that are made
my addresses not subscribe have to wait for approval..

Like if I sent this from yahoo address it would have to wait for approval
whereas my kjsl address is subscribed and will post automaticly.
