[Ravensfort] Populace, Yule , L&F

Hello everyone,
 Populace last week had a large crowd of over 31 attending.All officers who were present gave their reports and our Yule was discussed. Our event in April will be coming up after the new year and VNV will be emailing news and upcoming plans for it. This next Sat. will be a shower redo meeting and rapier practice at DSD's.
  Elke, our outgoing president of Raven's Guild (our SHSU student group) gave her goodbyes and introduced the new officers of the guild. The president will be Amy, VP-Megan, secretary-Catlyn, treasurer-Jason, and Clifford as historian. I have met all of these fine students and welcome them as wonderful additions to our Barony. But as all have said we will miss Elke very much and send her off with many thoughts and prayers for a great future.
  Our Quoth was very awesome this month and in full color, kudos to Alaric for all of his hard work, it really shows and thanks to Charles for help with the printing. I loved James' article the best. Thanks for the nice things said about our group James. We really appreciate all that you do and consider ourselves lucky you found us.

 Yule was wonderful this year with around 45 people coming. The campout and bonfire , drumming (not the howling!!   :)    ) and all was fun. Then our feast the next day, court and Mongolian gift exchange was great for many laughs,ooohs and ahhhs! Thanks to everyone who came and helped out with everything.
