[Ravensfort] Business meeting

Dear Populace, Our business meeting Monday night was well attended with 19 people. The little waitress was very happy with the tips she received for all of her serving. We discussed our event and HE Chrystal is working on how we faired at our rained out event. She will let us know at Populace in March. We will offer a refund of feast to all who didn't get to eat.
   Our Chronicler Alaric is still looking for limmericks and Women in History for our March Quoth.
   We need each officer to make a list of items that are passed down as each warrant is passed to the new person. We will make copies of this inventory for each office and the Reeve will keep the copy. We will check the inventory list as the items are turned over to make sure nothing is misplaced etc.  Please begin making this inventory list asap and bring it to the March Populace meeting.
  There is no fighter practice this coming Sunday.
  16 people ate feast at Alaric's and Tareija's place. It was very good and we will have a sample of the feast at our March Populace since we have leftovers!
  Remember that the deadline for Autocrat of Defender is Feb. 29th. March Populace will be the decision day for Autocrat of this event. Start thinking now of awards to be given out.
  Our Baronial guard is working on designing their garb and begin work on it soon.Hopefully by Defender we can make a good showing with new garb for them.
