[Ravensfort] site rules

Was there not a copy of the rules at gate for our last event ??
I'm guessing that an updated version will be forthcoming.  
If not, we will dig up that old copy.  
As Autocrat, I'm sure that Vlad NotVlad person I will have a couple things to add.
Each event has it's own unique needs.
