[Ravensfort] Walker county curfew

The Walker County curfew has been changed from 8pm through 6am to 9pm through 6am.  
It's an improvement. Yeah!  
Kitsune, going stir crazy...
PS: the curfew is still a day to day decision so no word for saturday activities yet :(
