[Ravensfort] Event setup

I have printed this list.  I will bring it with me to site.

I will be making a run to assist with some start-up garb for the Fisher's.  They are friends of Charles (from work).  Ran into his wife while Malcolm and I did some last minute shopping at Wal_mart last night.  She has 4 children.

Can't wait to see everyone!!

Here is a list of last day setup items.  Someone please print it out 
and bring it to the site tomorrow so there will be a reference before I 
arrive.
 
- There is a pole missing on the equestrian field next to the water 
barrels that needs to be replaced.
 
- Help Brian get and setup the popup garages for troll, list and 
archery.
 
- Help Brian get the blue velvet up.
 
- Put up ropes around the list field, equestrian field, archery, finish 
equestrian stalls.
 
- Put out SCA signs
 
- Set shower floors in place.
 
- Clean up Kitchen
