Yes.  And for awards we could have the Raven's Haven Maven.

LOL.  Truly, just now; though, I did play around with the Raven thing as a persona name--because of the relation.

Ravenwood (I like that, but can't get around the notion of a Target Super Center popping up)

Ravenduir (Raven's Oak/Raven's Door)

-There are accounts that trace the name "druid" to duir, the Celtic term for the oak. More interestingly, the actual translation of duir is "door" and lore indicates the Celts would access the ethereal planes of higher thought by "opening the oak door."  Kinda in keeping with the Celtic notion of "the Stones."

Bran Duir

-Bran being another translation of 'raven.'

Fiee Caaghyr

-My attempt to run "Raven's Fort" through a online Celtic translator. How close to period it actually is, is debatable.

Brankill (Raven Wood)

-From County Cavan in Ireland.  Literally means "Raven Wood" referenced from "The Origin and History of Irish Names of Places" By Patrick Weston Joyce

Rathbranagh***

- From the same reference.  Means "the Fort of the Raven's" and comes from near Croom in Limerick

Derf Playgent opf Ranvery A nonsensical place using non-existent words...

/The South ForTy  /Oak Glenn  /Queen Acres  /Raven Oaks  /Raven Dale /The King's Raunch

-all pretty goofy, but if it weren't for bad humor, I'd have no humor at all...

Corvus Gundy

-ok, so I made that up too.  Corvus is another word for Raven, from Ireland.  Gundy doesn't seem to translate into anything in any language but I did find reference to Elizabeth Gundy.  She's one of the creators of a kid's book called "Walter the Farting Dog."

There are hundreds of oaks. Some very very large ones too.

Well, it's

The Stones at Ravensfort

which everyone just calls "the stones sites"

so

The Oaks of Ravensfort

would probably become "the Oaks site"

Which is the best I've heard so far.  Provided, of course, that there are at least 3 oaks on the site. Preferably more.

Probably my faves so far.  Or we could even shorten it a

little to "RavensWood" or RavenOaks" or

"RavensHollow" or something of the like.

Or, if we wanted to play with the land owners name we could

go "Gamber Mountain" or "Gamber's

Ramble" or something similar.

I would suggest we steer clear of naming it after Gundy. His head is already big enough.

I'll keep thinkin...
