    looking for poor lean cheese not really sure what it is but i have found a medieval mixture for glue that and I quote "dries as hard as stone"  if you know were to get lean poor cheese please let me know. The text does not state  what poor means. Not sure if it means poorly made or just gone bad from age. I want to play with the mixture to see what I can make with it.
