Greetings from the Autocrat of
A Day at The Stones of Raven's Fort :

We are add a workday at The Stones this Saturday.

As with many well laid plans, things changed on our to do list last weekend. That is ok. We are well over halfway finished with the rebuild of the showers. Baron Brian never let the energy level drop on this important project for two whole days. The college kids and I did a little painting while Brian and his crew cut, framed and installed most of the plywood. What is not already screwed down is mostly cut out and ready. In order to keep moving forward on the showers we are returning to The Stones this Saturday ( the 15th ) for an added workday. If you can make it, please come out. We will be moving the showers to the site and will need muscle to get them on and off the trailer.

It is also our intent to install 22 landscape timber posts for the Equestrian stalls. Baron Brian has reserved a gas powered post hole digger as the ground in the area is hard from no rain. It was originally thought that the rental would cost only thirty-five or forty dollars (which has already been approved ), but it is actually costing around seventy-five dollars. As you all know, until our upcoming event is successful, the Barony is reluctant to spend what we have in reserve. ( rightfully so ) Baron Brian has suggested that if some of us could donate a little toward the rental price, we would save the Barony the extra expense. Brian has pledged $20 and I have pledge $10. If a few of you will join us, we can easily reach our goal. Anyone that is able to help Raven's Fort with a contribution toward the rental, please contact Brian or if easier, me. Many thanks in advance.

So there it is. We need help moving the showers and setting post this Saturday. If you can make it, please come out and keep us ahead of the game.

Peace,
Vlod NotVlad
