[Ravensfort] About the "Reply-to" settings of the Ravensfort list

Experience showed (at the time it was started) that it helped to have a safety catch to prevent people from "passionately responding too quickly before thinking of other innocent people on the list that are stuck having to delete the explosions" to something they did not like reading for all the world to read 'cause it gave that minimum one degree of separation (if you will) to have to stop & carefully select "reply" & think to ask yourself ... is it really worth it?
 
Though we have been the most civilized on this list for quite awhile now, so why change it?  As soon as we do, Raven's Fort will possibly be the "have you seen the explosive posts on the RF list lately - wow!" 'cause murphy's law just works that way...

not to be the case.  It is a simple change to make the default
"reply-to" address that of the list itself.  To make this change, one

the list admin software will drop them onto the top level admin page,

"submit changes" button, thus putting the Ravensfort list on the same
reply-to status as most of the other mailing lists at
lists.ansteorra.org

Of course this begs the question of whether the folks on the
Ravernsfort list want to have the "reply-to" setting set to the list
address instead of the original poster's email address.  I know it
would make my life happier not sending posts meant for the general
conversation on the list to only the most recent previous responder to
a list thread, but hey, that's just me.  ;-)
