i notified ld and amy, since they are working the 10pm-1am shift.  may i suggest that we get a list of volunteers who would be willing to help Her Royal Majesty and enterouge set up their camp to make their stay that much more wonderful?

Thank you so much for your quick replys.



I have forwarded the information onto Her Majesty as well as Her Majesty's Head of Entourage, HL Honour du Bois.



Her Majesty and affiliated parties will not be leaving the DFW area until sometime around 5:30 or 6pm Friday evening.  Please expect their arrival sometime between 10 and 11 Friday evening.  I would ask that whomever is stitting gate at that time to be advised of where specifically their camping area will be.  That way they can direct Her Majesty and her traveling party to the right place and they can get set up as quickly and fuss free as possible.



I am very sorry I will not be attending the event personally.  My good Lord's parents will be traveling from the lands of Atenveldt for the weekend and so we are remaining close to the homestead and will be enjoying good company with family.  I have much faith you and your wonderful group will show Her Majesty a wonderful time.



Should there be any further information needed I will be in contact as quickly as possible.  Likewise, if there are any questions I may answer for you, please do not hesitate to send word.
