Don't even want to know how hot it is/was there today.
And the weather guy is fibbing saying there is a chance for showers.

I polled the local rapier fighters...
And you know that had to hurt.  Ba dum bum.

The general consciences is that it is too hot and we would all like to say 
in the cool today.

So for all intents and purposes, rapier practice is canceled.
