  If anyone is interested, Mistress Adelaide taught a class on 
Interlacing without Erasing at both Gulf Wars and Pensic.  Her 
notes/article can be found at 
http://www.ravenboymusic.com/interlacing-without-erasing .  She says 
that once you have mastered that she recommends books by Mark Van Stone 
and Aidan Meehan.
