For those that have to work or have classes you can contact the Crown directly via snail mail or email.  
http://crown.ansteorra.org/ is the page where you can email the Crown.  

I believe Dom or Devin have the snail mail address if you did not get a Quoth in the mail.  If I remember correctly any correspondence has to reach the Crown no later than December 9th, 2010 for consideration.
