[Ravensfort] land committee voting

I don't understand why we need to give 5 choices.
If you take everyone's top nomination only,
you will still have a good list to choose from.
If you don't get 5 different nominations,
that means that there are not 5 strong choices.
The idea is for us to narrow things down.
Just my two cents.
