[Ravensfort] How to make "sweater" boots

http://www.urbanthreads.com/pages?id=508  Seems like a good way to make comfortable "boots" under dresses or with other garb.  Due to a problem that I have with one heel I'm going to see if it works using the thick flip flops which will be almost totally covered.
