[Ravensfort] Candy Cane Park Demo update

I must admit I played the "my mother was a reporter for the Houston Post" card.  So the Editor is sending a reporter and a photographer.  Everyone dress "Pretty".

I vote Brian to talk to them!  All in favor?
  So here it is the latest list:
  Mirabelis                Mustard, ketchup, paper plates, paper towels
  Devin                      Chips and something and something (because I forgot what he said)
  Brian                       Charcoal, charcoal fluid, tongs, platter for said hot dogs
  Runa                        Relish, hot dogs, buns (regular ones not make Brian's eyes pop out ones), unsweetened tea, fritos
  Shanahan                Paper Towels
  JC                           Ice chest with water and gatorade (dang it I can't remember your SCA name)
  Irial                        Frozen Popcicles
  Elke                        Frozen grapes (sounds so good) and maybe brownies (please yes brownies-I've recovered from
                                                          the attack by Huntsville's chocolate cake)

  Anyone for veggies?  hot dogs?  buns?  

  Elke is bringing more handouts plus some handouts she found in the Hospitaler's box.  Perhaps we should have a few (not many) membership form?  Don't want to waste paper but a few might actually be interested in joining if the form is there.
