[Ravensfort] Fighter Practice Weather

It has rained more at walmart than at the track, so far, but the weather
radar is showing more coming still.  So far, the track is damp, but not
soggy, if you understand the difference.  Since I am at my Mom's right down
the road from the track, I will try to let you know if conditions worsen.
