[Ravensfort] Maybe we should do this

I have talked to my contact person with the other organization, and he told me that the city is only allowing booth space of 10'x10'. Also, remember that Ld. Malcom will have to any documents from the city.

The one question that I have though, is will the insurance for fighter practice cover us doing this?

Exposure is good in the right environment, time and place! Let's spread the word and get this shin-dig on the road!

To all...
Please do not take my words,

'I will reserve a booth for us in the hopes that we will do it.
If not then we will look like a bunch of stupids, ok.'
like I am being a jerk.
This just came up and I think it will be great exposure.
Just do not want to committ and then have no one show up.

Thanks.

We have not discussed this as far as I know. This just came up in the last week.
I will reserve a booth for us in the hopes that we will do it.

We will need handouts and samples of things we do AND
WE CAN HAVE FIGHTING DEMOS!
We really should not miss this opportunity!

more later.

Didn't we talk about this at Populace or something?
It's a Monday. I could do it but not by myself plus
I don't know enough about everything except just
enough to get myself in trouble.
